Kid Critiques: The Zelda Series

Zelda is an action adventure video game series. As the hero Link you embark on quests. The main goal of each title in the series varies but in many of them you are trying to save all of Hyrule, the country Zelda takes place in. The newest Zelda game, Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, is the best quality game because it came out so recently and in this game you can do almost whatever you want. You can build, fight, cook,and more. The second most recent Zelda games is Zelda Breath Of The Wild. This game is good with a different story line and different mechanics. Older Zelda games such as Skyward Sword are more puzzle like. In the game, you are the character Link and you go into different areas and have to get out. This may sound boring but there is a lot of fighting and at the end there is always a boss.

My Zelda game experience is on the Nintendo Switch. The Switch is easy to play and gives you a lot of options. You can take the Switch with you on trips or you can hook it up to a television. Being able to move it so easily is great if you have a sibling or friend you don't trust with it!

I recommend the Zelda series for third graders and older. Will you venture into the land of Hyrule?
